What?
Columbia flower market one sunny Sunday in Shoreditch.
By far my most enjoyable ‘touristy’ outing in London to date! I arrived bright and early around 9 am, at this time the market was starting to get busy but not overcrowded. The crowds did start gathering in mass from around 10 am onwards. However by this point I had leisurely wandered around and admired every stall and nook, eyed up the bargains and made my purchases; 2 fox clubs for £5, 3 tomato plants for £5 and 3 large bunches of rosemary, sage and parsley ready to pot on for £12. After buying the tomato plants but before the getting the fox clubs, I stopped for some breakfast from one of the eclectic cafes along xxx the road. Sat on a bench outside xxx with my cup of tea and cardamom bun, I watched the other earlier rises also enjoy their Sunday morning at the market.
