Celebrations at the Ritz!
We celebrated our engagement (and my new job!) in style with dinner at the Ritz.
We were absolutely amazed and genuinely rendered speechless by the grandeur of it all; the décor, soft lighting, piano playing… Have never been anywhere so incredibly fancy! The food was insanely good too. Starting with two glasses of champagne and, with some advice from the waiter, we decided to go for the ‘Epicurean Journey’ – a 5 course tasting menu with matching wines. Dinner at the Ritz was a real treat, something we will probably only ever do once, but we’ll also only ever get engaged (along with a new job!) once! Probably..
